Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Simply go to the Shop section of this website, select what you would like, fill out the order forms at checkout, pay and your Pupcake will be ordered! Alternatively you can send us a message on Facebook to place an order.
How much notice do I need to give?
We usually only need a couple days notice, same day possible if ordered by 10.00 am excluding weekends, as the Pupcakes are made to order. If the day you have selected in the form isn’t available we will contact you to arrange another day. If you feel like you may have left it too late don’t fear! Send us a message on Facebook, and we will do our best to help you out.
Can I feed my dog the whole Pupcake?
Depending on the size of your pup, a mini Pupcake may be fine for them to eat in one sitting, however any cakes bigger than that we advise you to only feed a small section. Imagine if we ate a whole cake in one sitting, we would be sick, it’s the same for our pups. The cakes are made fresh, which means they can be portioned and frozen, so you can give it to your pup later or share with their pup friends! Please always feed your pup in moderation.
What is in the Pupcakes?
All of our Pupcakes are made with dog (and human) friendly ingredients. These include wholemeal flour, honey, eggs, bananas, oats, vegetables, cream cheese, peanut butter and carob.
Are the Pupcakes safe for humans to consume?
Yes! all of the ingredients in our Pupcakes are safe for us to eat, the cakes will just taste quite bland to us, except the frostings which can be quite tasty!
Where is pickup/how do I get my Pupcake?
Pickup is contactless from our home just 10 minutes out of Sebastopol, about a 15-20 minute drive from Ballarat central. We will provide you with the address after ordering. If you require delivery we also offer this for an extra $5 to the Ballarat area.
How long do the Pupcakes keep?
They generally keep for about a week in the fridge, but can be frozen to keep for much longer.
Do you have gluten free options?
We do indeed! We have mini Pupcakes (the cupcake sizes) in a gluten free mixture, and also some gluten free cheese and carrot paws.
Is carob chocolate?
No! Carob is a dog friendly chocolate alternative, it looks exactly like chocolate but is very safe for your pups to eat.
